Permanent position in Barking, Full Time, Term Time Only. APT&C Scale 5 pro rata – Β£27,000. Ofsted Good School with Outstanding Features.

We have a great opportunity for a 6th Form Administrator and Study Manager to join our partner secondary school in East London from September. This is a modern, relatively new school with a supportive senior leadership. This is an opportunity for you to work with some extraordinary and aspirational students in a developing area of East London. The school is driven by the dreams, aspirations and ambitions of its students and the wider community.

This role:

  • To champion and model at all times the school’s core ethos of positive behaviour management.
  • To supervise the Sixth Form Independent Study Area.
  • To co-ordinate and manage administration pertaining to the Sixth Form Independent Study Area.
  • To maintain appropriate standards of behaviour in the room in accordance with school policy.
  • To provide half termly statistical reports and analysis to the Head of Sixth Form on behaviour and attendance in the room.
  • To liaise with HODs to curate a resource library for students within the room.
  • To ensure consistent subject specific resource displays.
  • To communicate set work to students and offer help and guidance if required.
  • To provide additional pastoral and administrative support to the Heads of Year when required.
