This role would suit a creative, organised, and commercially aware marketing professional who understands how to generate interest, build campaigns, and turn marketing activity into measurable outcomes.<\/p>The successful candidate will take ownership of digital marketing, campaign planning, content creation, social media, brand messaging, events, lead generation, and marketing performance reporting.<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support learner recruitment, employer engagement, and wider business growth.<\/p>Manage the organisation’s digital presence, including website content, social media channels, email campaigns, and online advertising.<\/p>Create engaging content for LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, case studies, learner stories, employer updates, and promotional materials.<\/p>Work closely with business development, curriculum, operations, and senior leadership teams to ensure marketing activity supports commercial and delivery priorities.<\/p>Plan and deliver targeted campaigns across apprenticeships, adult skills, funded training, commercial training, or employability provision.<\/p>Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and produce reports on engagement, leads, conversions, and return on investment.<\/p>Support brand development, ensuring all internal and external communications are professional, consistent, and aligned to the organisation’s values.<\/p>Manage marketing materials for events, open days, employer engagement activity, learner recruitment campaigns, and stakeholder communications.<\/p>Maintain strong knowledge of sector trends, competitor activity, funding updates, and learner/employer needs.<\/p>Support CRM, email marketing, automation, and lead -nurture activity where required.<\/p>Essential Requirements<\/h3>Experience in a marketing role with responsibility for campaign planning and delivery.<\/p>Strong digital marketing experience, including social media, email marketing, website content, and content creation.<\/p>Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and professional content.<\/p>Ability to analyse campaign performance and use data to improve marketing activity.<\/p>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.<\/p>Experience working with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, curriculum, or senior leadership.<\/p>Confident using marketing tools, CRM systems, email platforms, Canva, CMS systems, analytics tools, or similar.<\/p>Desirable Requirements<\/h3>Experience within further education, apprenticeships, adult skills, employability, or training.<\/p>Experience supporting learner recruitment or employer engagement campaigns.<\/p>Knowledge of funded training, apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, ASF/AEB, commercial training, or workforce development.<\/p>Experience with paid social media, Google Ads, SEO, marketing automation, or video content.<\/p>Experience managing events, webinars, open days, or employer -facing campaigns.<\/p>Skills Required<\/h3>Marketing Manager, digital marketing, campaign management, content creation, social media, email marketing, learner recruitment, employer engagement, apprenticeships, adult skills, further education, training provider, SEO, Google Ads, paid social, Canva, CRM, lead generation, brand management, stakeholder engagement, marketing strategy, analytics, reporting, copywriting, website content, events marketing, commercial awareness, campaign performance<\/p>Safeguarding and Compliance<\/h3>This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.<\/p>The successful applicant may be subject to an enhanced DBS check, depending on the nature of the provision and learner groups supported.
