The organisation is seeking a Quality & Support Coach to work closely with tutors and delivery teams, helping strengthen teaching, learning, assessment, learner experience, and consistency across apprenticeship and adult learning provision.
Key Responsibilities- Sample learner portfolios to ensure assessment quality and consistency
- Provide developmental feedback and coaching to tutors
- Observe teaching, learning, and assessment activity
- Support standardisation and CPD activity
- Conduct tutor 1:1 discussions linked to quality improvement
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities across delivery
- Quality assure Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG)
- Promote safeguarding, Prevent, and learner wellbeing throughout delivery
- Teaching Qualification Level 4 or above
- Experience within apprenticeships and/or funded adult education
- Understanding of Ofsted expectations and quality processes
- Strong coaching and relationship-building approach
- Experience supporting tutor development and CPD activity
