We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Coach to support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey. You’ll guide them from enrolment to End Point Assessment, ensuring an engaging and inclusive learning experience while maintaining high compliance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging coaching sessions tailored to individual learner needs
- Manage the full learner journey from induction to programme completion
- Ensure compliance with apprenticeship frameworks and quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to prepare learners for End Point Assessment
- Offer personalised support, including for learners with disabilities
- Track learner progress, addressing shortfalls and setting improvement goals
- Maintain high learner retention and timely completion rates
- Collaborate with employers to ensure workplace learning integration
- Adhere to safeguarding, equality & diversity, and health & safety policies
About You
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a coaching/assessment role
- Background in a procurement environment (desirable)
Qualifications:
- Maths & English GCSE (Grade C/4 or above)
- Teaching qualification (L3+)
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of apprenticeships and compliance frameworks
- Experience working with young people and safeguarding protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint/OneDrive
