Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Lincolnshire

LT Selection is proud to be recruiting on behalf of Standguide, a purpose-led employability organisation expanding its Connect to Work service across Lincolnshire.

The opportunity

Strong employment services depend on strong local partnerships. This role will develop the relationships, referral pathways and coordinated activity that enable people across Lincolnshire to access the right support at the right time.

As Integration and Partnership Co-ordinator, you will connect local authorities, health services, employers, voluntary organisations and community partners. You will turn those relationships into practical referral routes, shared activity and measurable outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build productive, long-term relationships with statutory, health, employer, voluntary and community partners.
  • Develop, document and maintain effective referral pathways into and across Connect to Work.
  • Promote the service through meetings, presentations, events, forums and local networks.
  • Coordinate partnership activity, identify gaps and help shape responsive service improvements.
  • Monitor engagement, referrals and outcomes, producing clear and accurate performance information.
  • Support consistent communication and effective handovers between delivery teams and partner organisations.
  • Ensure partnership activity meets contractual, safeguarding, equality, quality and data-protection requirements.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong partnership-development, stakeholder-engagement or community-development experience.
  • Knowledge of employability, health, local-government, public or community services.
  • A confident and credible communicator who can facilitate meetings and present to varied audiences.
  • Excellent organisation, relationship-management and reporting skills.
  • A practical, collaborative approach and the flexibility to travel across Lincolnshire.

What’s on offer

  • 33 days’ annual leave including bank holidays, rising to 38 days after five years.
  • Your birthday off.
  • Workplace pension and health cash plan following probation.
  • Online GP, employee assistance programme and death-in-service cover.
  • Company sick pay, cycle scheme and continuing professional development.
  • Employee-owner benefits.

Additional information

Appointment is subject to satisfactory references, right-to-work checks and an Enhanced DBS check.

If you enjoy connecting organisations and turning partnerships into better outcomes for local communities, we would be pleased to hear from you.
