Employer Partnership Manager
LT Selection is recruiting for an employment-support organisation seeking an experienced employer engagement professional.
Salary: £47,000–£52,000 per year
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: South Central England, with regular regional travel. A practical commuting base is required; this is not advertised as a fully remote role.
Build employer relationships that create vacancies, placements and work experience. Align opportunities with participant needs, coordinate with delivery teams and use performance data to improve employment outcomes. Develop partnerships with employers, local authorities and other stakeholders while maintaining contractual and quality standards.
You will bring proven employer engagement, partnership, business development or account management experience; strong stakeholder communication; target delivery; and local labour-market awareness. Employability, skills, recruitment, education or not-for-profit experience is advantageous.
