Job Type: Fulltime Permanent Salary: £50000 £55000 per annum About the Role: Join us in this pivotal role where you will spearhead our Quality Compliance and Claims teams directly supporting our evolving workforce and shaping strategic future initiatives. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team you will champion excellence in all facets of our operations including curriculum development and the of robust quality improvement protocols. Your expertise will guide the organisation as the nominee for Ofsted ensuring compliance and excellence in every audit and inspection. Responsibilities: Lead strategic initiatives for quality improvement and compliance across all programs. Develop and manage our curriculum offerings enhancing the content on our online platforms. Foster a culture of high performance driving inspirational and effective teaching and learning practices. Collaborate with the People and Culture Lead to implement HR strategies that enhance performance and employee relations. Oversee the Quality and Compliance Framework ensuring it meets all regulatory standards and drives continuous improvement. Manage the Internal Quality urance (IQA) processes and ensure alignment with external essment requirements. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide actionable insights to improve service levels. Requirements: Level 5 qualification or equivalent with a teaching qualification considered advantageous. Proven senior management experience in the ss sector with a comprehensive background in operational and quality roles. Demonstrated ability to lead an Ofsted inspection and interact effectively with highlevel external stakeholders. Thorough understanding of the Education Inspection Framework quality compliance and funding regulations. Strong organisational time management and interpersonal ss.
