Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload and provide tailored employment support from referral through to sustained work
- Develop vocational profiles, employment action plans and rapid job-search activity
- Build relationships with employers and match participants to suitable opportunities
- Work alongside health, local-authority and community partners as part of an integrated service
- Maintain accurate records, meet service KPIs and uphold IPS fidelity, safeguarding and quality standards
About you
- Person-centred, positive and resilient, with experience supporting people to overcome barriers
- Strong coaching, communication, organisation and employer-engagement skills
- Comfortable working to targets and travelling across Lincolnshire
