This is a remote position. LT Selection is proud to be recruiting exclusively on behalf of our client. We are supporting an independent apprenticeship training provider as they continue to expand their Health and Social Care provision nationally. They are now hiring a Business Development Executive to generate new employer partnerships and apprenticeship starts with a strong focus on Adult Care Level 2/5.
The Business Development Executive will generate new apprenticeship business, build partnerships with employers and contribute to sustainable learner starts each month. You will work as part of a small focused team and report directly to the Head of Finance Compliance and Business Development. The role is targeted at 10 apprenticeship starts per month with clear incentives for performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new apprenticeship opportunities in Health & Social Care through outbound calls, meetings, Teams presentations, networking and events.
- Manage a structured sales pipeline achieving monthly and annual recruitment targets.
- Engage employers and present apprenticeship solutions in a consultative and compliant manner.
- Maintain and grow employer accounts ensuring repeat business through long-term relationships.
- Promote additional provision including management and business support qualifications.
- Act as the first point of contact for employer enquiries.
- Support tender applications and new income streams where required.
- Liaise closely with curriculum and administration teams to ensure a smooth learner onboarding experience.
- Attend regional networking events and employer meetings as required.
- Support marketing activity, social media promotion and outbound campaigns.
- Deliver an excellent employer experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Uphold organisational values, professionalism and quality standards at all times.
- Work in line with safer recruitment, safeguarding and data protection policies.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: Car allowance: 4500 per annum (paid monthly)
- Bonus: 100 per start over the target of 10 starts per month (paid after 3-month retention)
- OTE: 48000 realistic earnings
- Contract: Full-time permanent
- Location: Remote with monthly travel to North West office (Wirral area)

Essential Requirements
- Experience in apprenticeship sales or employer engagement
- Proven track record in new business development
- Experience working to monthly starts or revenue targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Confident presenting apprenticeship solutions online and face-to-face
- Resilience, accountability and self-management
- Able to work independently in a remote role

- Knowledge of Health and Social Care sector
- Experience with apprenticeship funding rules
- CRM pipeline management
