Connect to Work IPS Operations Manager – Lincolnshire Salary: £45,000 Contract: Full-time, permanent Location: Remote, with regular travel across Lincolnshire LT Selection is proud to be recruiting on behalf of Standguide , a purpose-led employability organisation expanding its Connect to Work service across Lincolnshire. The opportunity Standguide is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Connect to Work IPS delivery across Lincolnshire. This is a senior operational role combining people leadership, contractual performance, quality assurance and stakeholder management. You will support Team Managers and Employment Specialists to deliver consistently strong participant outcomes while building a culture of accountability, improvement and collaborative leadership across a geographically dispersed service. What you’ll be doing Lead operational delivery across teams and locations, supporting and holding Team Managers to account. Achieve contractual targets for engagement, employment outcomes, quality and sustained performance. Analyse management information, KPIs and IPS fidelity measures and implement focused improvement plans. Oversee workforce planning, performance management, appraisals, wellbeing and staff development. Maintain robust quality, compliance, safeguarding, governance and audit-readiness standards. Manage resources and budgets and ensure capacity is aligned with service priorities. Build effective relationships with commissioners, delivery partners and internal support functions. Embed best practice, service integration and continuous improvement across the contract. What we’re looking for Substantial operational-management experience within employability, health, skills or commissioned public services. Experience leading managers and geographically dispersed, target-driven teams. Strong commercial, analytical, quality-assurance and stakeholder-management capability. A supportive but accountable leadership style, with evidence of improving people and performance. Knowledge of IPS, supported employment or Connect to Work is desirable.
