As Business Automation Manager, you’ll own the strategy and the delivery, sitting across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and HR, hunting down manual processes that shouldn’t exist, and building intelligent automation that gives those teams their time back.

What you’ll actually do Map the business for pain, partner with functional leaders to surface the highest-value automation opportunities across every internal department Own automation end-to-end, from initial diagnosis through design, build, and ongoing iteration, not just hand off.

Apply AI pragmatically: LLMs, document processing, agents, predictive analytics. prototype and deploy using workflow automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, Workato, or custom builds) and API integrations Define and track success metrics, time saved, cost reduced, error rates down.
