Senior Offensive Security Consultant - Remote - Travel to office once a month - Up to £60K (Depending on experience) My client is looking for a Senior Offensive Security Consultant to join there cyber security team, working on a variety of technical security engagements for clients across different industries. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys identifying vulnerabilities, understanding how systems can be compromised, and helping organizations strengthen their security posture. You’ll work across a broad range of environments and have the opportunity to develop your expertise in multiple areas of offensive security. Depending on your experience and interests, projects may include: Web application and API penetration testing Wireless security testing Mobile application security Physical security assessments Hardware and device security testing Development of penetration testing tools and methodologies You’ll work directly with clients, clearly communicate technical findings and provide practical recommendations that help organizations understand and reduce their security risk. Professional experience in penetration testing, red teaming, bug bounty programmes, CTFs or security research Strong understanding of networks, operating systems, applications and common attack techniques Scripting or development experience using Python, Bash and/or PowerShell The ability to communicate technical security issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders You’ll have the opportunity to work on varied and challenging security engagements while continuing to develop your technical skills.
