We are supporting a client with an urgent requirement for an experienced Cyber Essentials Assessor who is capable of completing Cyber Essentials Plus audits and can hit the ground running in a busy certifying environment. This is a permanent opportunity for someone with recent Cyber Essentials Plus assessment experience who is confident delivering assessments independently and supporting ongoing client demand.

The Opportunity

  • You will be responsible for delivering Cyber Essentials Plus assessments and audits for a range of clients, working within an established certification environment.
  • The role would suit an experienced CE Assessor who understands the full assessment process, can operate with minimal supervision and is comfortable working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Cyber Essentials Plus assessments and audits
  • Support clients through the Cyber Essentials certification process
  • Carry out technical assessments in line with IASME requirements
  • Produce clear, accurate assessment documentation and reports
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cyber Essentials and IASME standards

What We Are Looking For

  • Essential Experienced Cyber Essentials Assessor
  • Able to complete Cyber Essentials Plus audits
  • Capable of hitting the ground running in a busy delivery environment
  • IASME Cyber Essentials Plus Assessor qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ IT experience
  • Previous experience working for an IASME certifying body
  • Must have attended the IASME Assessor Course
  • Recent delivery of Cyber Essentials assessments within the last 12 months
  • Proven experience as a Cyber Essentials Plus Assessor

Highly Desirable

  • Background working with organisations associated with IASME certifying bodies
  • Strong penetration testing qualifications alongside IASME training
  • Experience through the VA Plus assessment pathway
