I am supporting a growing UK-based managed technology services provider that is looking to hire a Senior Cyber Security Consultant. This is a client-facing role, suited to someone who can operate across cyber consultancy, GRC, risk, vulnerability management and security advisory.

You will work with a range of clients to assess their security posture, identify gaps, and provide clear, practical recommendations aligned to recognised frameworks and industry best practice.

  • Delivering risk assessments, gap analyses and maturity reviews
  • Conducting vulnerability assessments and identifying areas of security risk
  • Supporting the implementation of security improvements across areas such as MDR, DLP, penetration testing and incident response
  • Preparing and presenting security reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on cyber and information security topics
  • Managing multiple client workstreams and ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Supporting sales, pre-sales and leadership teams with tenders, proposals and project scoping
  • Contributing to threat briefings, service development and wider security collateral

Experience in a cyber security consultancy or client-facing advisory role.

Experience delivering security assessments, control reviews and remediation plans.

A good understanding of technical security across infrastructure, cloud and SaaS environments.

Commercial awareness and confidence supporting pre-sales or business case development.
