What you’ll do:
- Shape and win data engagements across data strategy, governance and management.
- Lead complex projects, build trusted advisor relationships at senior client levels, and coach a growing technical team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- You’ll work with a tight-knit, collaborative team that backs bold ideas with practical delivery.

You’ll bring:
- Consulting experience spanning solution development, proposal creation, commercial negotiation and building trusted advisor relationships at senior levels.
- Deep experience in data governance frameworks, data management capabilities, policies, stewardship models and modern tooling, Purview, Azure, DAMA/DCAM a plus.
- The ability to translate complex business problems into compelling, data-led solutions, and the commercial skills to close the room.
- A UK network and a track record of originating and converting consulting opportunities in data strategy, governance and management, advisory and implementation alike.
- Proven success leading teams and projects, with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Genuine passion for developing the people around you and a collaborative, client-centric mindset.
