I’m working with one of the world’s fastest-growing consumer technology platforms, used by tens of millions globally every month. Their product sits at the intersection of scale, privacy, and real-world impact, and they’re investing heavily in building a world-class cloud security function. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing internal platform engineering team responsible for the foundations that power the entire business: cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD, and reliability engineering. The environment is heavily AWS-native and security is embedded into engineering from day one, not treated as an afterthought.
What you’ll be working on:
- Strengthening and evolving AWS security posture across a large-scale cloud estate
- Embedding security controls directly into infrastructure and engineering workflows
- Driving security-as-code initiatives across Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Improving container and software supply chain security (image signing, policy enforcement, vulnerability remediation)
- Building automated controls around compliance, governance, and developer access
- Enhancing observability and reporting across cloud security operations
- Partnering closely with engineering teams to make secure delivery seamless at scale
