I’m supporting a growing cybersecurity business that is looking to hire a Customer Success Associate to support the delivery of high-quality managed security services to its clients. This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in customer success, service delivery, account support, or client-facing technology services.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting Customer Success Managers across a portfolio of managed service clients
  • Helping with onboarding, service transitions, ticket reviews, and monthly service updates
  • Tracking client health, SLAs, KPIs, service risks, and follow-up actions
  • Preparing client reports, incident summaries, RCA documents, and renewal support materials
  • Liaising with internal teams across Sales, Projects, Engineering, and Service Delivery
  • Flagging service issues, renewal risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities

The ideal person will have:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing or service support role
  • Experience in technology, managed services, cyber security, or a similar environment
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working across multiple clients
  • Good written communication skills, especially around reporting and client updates
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Word
  • Exposure to SLAs, KPIs, incident management, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, ITIL, Power BI, MSS, or XDR would be useful but not essential

This would suit someone proactive, organised, and commercially aware who enjoys working with clients, solving problems, and keeping service delivery moving in the right direction.
