Award winning 80 person MSSP is expanding their sales team by hiring an experienced Channel Account Manager to transform their relationship with 3 specific partners.
ABOUT THE CHANNEL ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE
- Build strong relationships specifically within 3 partner organisations where there is scope to take the relationship from transactional to strategic. This will include creating a GTM strategy & value proposition for each, conducting QBRs & conducting joint sales & marketing campaigns.
- Increase revenue generated from referrals & leads from your set of Partners.
- Develop deep relationships where there are mutually beneficial initiatives & outcomes. Your objective will be to complement their offering rather than competing against them.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE CHANNEL ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE
- Experience of strengthening existing partnerships by creating & executing a win-win strategy. This role is focused on developing existing partnerships, not bringing on new partners.
- Ability to understand the partner's priorities & understand where there are further opportunities for partnership.
- Experience of a nuanced approach to partners, creating an appropriate GTM strategy for each, focusing on helping them understand the services you can offer them.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity services preferred but not essential.
- Experience of Google Services preferred but not essential.
