A Systems Analyst is required to support internal business systems, this role will report into the Systems manager. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role from either a public sector body, council or housing association. This is a customer-facing role working across multiple applications. Experience in working with business system workflows is key, you will be configuring, administrating and updating business systems.
Responsibilities of the Systems Analyst:
- Ensure stability, integrity, and efficiency of in-house systems
- Support a wide range of applications and integrations across customer-facing and back-office functions
- Provide technical support to business systems to maximize uptime and maintain compliance with workflows
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies and processes
- Ensure operational and business changes align with project goals and system suitability
- Work with teams on system configuration, admin changes, and updates
