Senior Offensive Security Penetration Tester
Location – 1 or 2 days / wk London
Salary – £45K – 57,5K
Sorry – Must be UK Residents
You’ll lead penetration tests and red team engagements across a range of environments, helping clients uncover vulnerabilities, manage cyber threats, and build resilience.
This is a hands-on technical role with real impact. You’ll shape and deliver tailored testing engagements, mentor junior team members, and stay ahead of the evolving threat landscape by implementing the latest techniques, tools, and methodologies.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and execute advanced penetration tests and red team exercises
- Tailor assessments to client needs across applications, infrastructure, and physical environments
- Produce clear, actionable reports for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay up to date with new attack techniques and contribute to internal tooling
What we’re looking for:
- Certifications: OSCP, CRT, OSWA, CTM, OSEP.
- Strong experience in offensive security, red teaming, or ethical hacking
- Deep understanding of networks, applications, and common vulnerabilities
- Skilled with tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, or custom-built solutions
- Proficient in Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar scripting languages
- A practical, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
