This is an exciting opportunity for a Security Operations Manager to join a leading and innovative cyber consultancy, offering expert advice on business practices and market-leading technology. In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing and assessing vulnerabilities using the Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) framework, playing a crucial part in shaping the company’s cybersecurity strategy.

As a Security Operations Manager, you will:

• Conduct vulnerability and exposure assessments using Vulnerability Management platforms such as CTEM.
• Provide expert guidance on managing technical vulnerabilities and offer risk and remediation recommendations to senior management.
• Lead the vulnerability management lifecycle from discovery to remediation, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s overall cybersecurity strategy.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity strategies that align with organisational goals and risk tolerance.
• Conduct security assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC2.

The ideal Security Operations Manager will have:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity.
• Expertise in network security, vulnerability management, and cloud security (Such as AWS and Microsoft Azure).
• In-depth understanding of security frameworks and industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and SOC2.
• Hands-on experience working within a Microsoft environment.
• Knowledge of Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) framework and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
