About The Role:
As a Candidate & Client Engagement Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying & engaging with eDiscovery & Cyber professionals to support them with their job search or hiring plans. This role will give you the opportunity to enhance your research skills through effective market mapping and develop your ability to build relationships with clients and candidates. You will be representing both LT Harper (specialist cyber security recruitment firm) and our sister company APT Search (specialist eDiscovery recruitment firm) and working directly with our Head of eDiscovery Recruiter.
The Role:
As a Candidate & Client Engagement Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research & market mapping within specific niches across EMEA & Americas.
- Sourcing high-calibre cybersecurity & eDiscovery talent using a variety of creative techniques.
- Actively engaging with the Cyber & eDiscovery community by attending meetings and relevant industry networking events.
- Creation, publishing and management of marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media marketing, advertisement of roles, etc).

We’re looking for candidates who possess:
- Experience within a recruitment role or research-based role.
- Ability to work independently and take accountability for their work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and a methodical approach to a variety of tasks.
- Able to action feedback in a timely manner and have a willingness for personal development.
Bonus Points For:
- Interest or knowledge of Cyber & eDiscovery.
- Fluency in Polish, German, Dutch, Spanish, or French.
- Background in Law (degree or work experience).
