We’re working with a leading global insurance company looking to bring on board a Solution Architect / Lead Consultant / Lead Engineer to support a major finance transformation project. This role is focused on transitioning from a developer platform based payment system to PeopleSoft, and they’re seeking a professional who can bridge the gap between systems with strong integration and workflow experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture design for the migration to PeopleSoft
  • Analyse and understand complex finance workflows
  • Review and interpret code to ensure seamless system integration
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support API development and integration
  • Provide insight on best practices for finance system architecture

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect within finance or insurance sectors
  • Strong integration background with ability to understand end-to-end workflows
  • Ability to read/understand code and work closely with development teams
  • Experience with APIs and system migrations
  • Technical background (e.g. .NET, PeopleSoft, or similar technologies) is highly desirable
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments

Contract Details:

  • Length: 6 months initially
  • Rate: Up to £1000/day (Inside IR35)
  • Location: Brighton (1–2 days a week and then as needed)
  • Start Date: ASAP
