OT Cyber Security Lead Consultant – Operational Technology

Salary: £80,000 – £100,000

Hybrid: Home / Office / Site-based

We’re looking for an OT Cyber Security Lead Consultant to take a senior role in one of the most important and fast-growing areas of cyber security. This is your chance to help protect the UK’s critical national infrastructure during a pivotal time for OT/IT convergence.

You’ll lead major OT security projects, work closely with clients on securing complex industrial systems, and act as a subject matter expert in the delivery of high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the delivery of complex OT cyber projects, from design and planning to execution.
• Conduct OT/ICS vulnerability assessments and support remediation efforts.
• Provide expert advice on secure design and implementation of industrial systems (SCADA, ICS, DCS).
• Work across technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts into actionable plans.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience delivering cyber security in OT environments (e.g., SCADA, ICS, DCS).
• Knowledge of frameworks like NIST, CAF, and NCSC guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
