This is an opportunity to be a part of a global law firm with a real passion & drive for leading the way for legal technology and innovation. Our client is looking for someone experienced in tech-driven projects or a legal technology background who is enthusiastic about Document Automation.

Responsibilities of a Document Automation Manager:

  • Lead the Document Automation team, act as the firm’s SME and ensure the projects align with the firm's business strategy.
  • Manage relationships between software providers and service providers for document automation.
  • Continue to build relationships across the firm globally to create a pipeline of work for the document automation team.
  • Work on end-to-end document automation processes including collaborating with vendors on timescales on upgrades and internal IT teams for implementation.
  • Oversee the design, development, testing and delivery stages.
  • Support, lead and mentor the wider team.

Experience required for a Document Automation Manager:

  • Proven experience working with Document Automation tools such as HotDocs, in a developer role.
  • Familiarity/experience working within legal or professional service backgrounds.
  • Ideally experience working on tech-related projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
