You’ll join a growing MSSP where people are trusted, developed, and promoted from within. The culture is people-first, with low churn and long tenure because consultants are supported properly and given room to grow.
This role offers a clear progression path, with direct mentorship and support from the CISO and senior leadership to help you achieve this goal over time.
The Opportunity
- Act as a long-term trusted advisor to SME and mid-market clients.
- Own and develop strong, lasting client relationships.

- Proven experience in client-facing cybersecurity consulting, ideally within the SME space.
- Experience writing policies that support your client's security, including BCM, DR, IR, etc.
- A consultant who values quality, collaboration, and doing things properly.
- Someone seeking stability, progression, and longevity, not a short stop.
- Comfortable supporting growth and BD in a way that aligns with client value.
