We’re not looking for a developer, or a ticket-taker. We’re looking for a Problem Solver, an innovator! Someone who can listen, interpret what we want to achieve, and then figure out how to make it happen.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for a founder-led, global investment company, a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex IT problems and designing practical solutions that work in the real world. You'll be embedded in the heart of our business operations, working alongside leadership to design, deploy, and optimise IT solutions that deliver real value — not just ticking boxes.
What You’ll Do
- Interpret complex business requirements and translate them into real-world IT solutions
- Lead the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Teams meeting rooms, AV systems, and integrated collaboration setups, including a 25sq m screen!
- Build scripts and light applications (not heavy coding) to streamline business processes
- Design and implement scalable automation solutions to improve IT operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support wider technology strategies, including AI capabilities
- Ensure smooth IT operations during a major office relocation — ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
What You Bring
- A problem-solving mindset – you don’t wait for instructions, you ask the right questions and go find the solution.
- Strong experience in IT infrastructure, particularly around Microsoft 365, Teams, and Power Platforms – the broader your IT knowledge the better.
- Familiarity with meeting room technologies and AV integrations, including large-scale displays.
- Experience working with PowerShell, Power BI / Power Automate
- Ability to take a broad objective and turn it into a structured technical plan
