I am looking for an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join a London-based disclosure team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work on high-profile eDiscovery projects, providing expert support to clients and legal teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities of an eDiscovery Senior Project Manager:

  • Project Management & Delivery: Lead eDiscovery projects, ensuring alignment with litigation, regulatory, and transactional needs, providing daily support using RelativityOne.
  • Consultative Expertise: Provide strategic solutions for complex eDiscovery challenges.
  • Risk Management: Define deliverables and manage risks through EDRM.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee Active Learning (AL) workflows and analytics in RelativityOne.
  • Quality Assurance & Training: Implement quality control and deliver team training.
  • Client Engagement: Advise on workflows, present to clients, and draft communications.
  • Advanced Solutions: Design document review frameworks using AI tools like Continuous Active Learning.
  • Document Production & Security: Ensure compliance with production schedules and apply data security standards.

The ideal applicant possesses:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in eDiscovery preferably at a consultancy
  • Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities for technical and non-technical issues, with repeatable solutions.
