We are working with a specialist consultancy focused on helping organisations to identify and manage risk through their third-party supply chain and vendor relationships. They are looking to grow the TPRM Cyber team, working closely with clients on end-to-end projects, assessing and advising on best practice and improvements to TPRM functions specifically within cyber security.

Role and responsibilities of a Third Party Risk Management Consultant (Cyber Security):

  • Execute the full lifecycle of third-party risk assessments
  • Undertake formal due diligence during the 3rd Party supplier on-boarding process
  • Collaborate with internal third-party relationship owners and third-party representatives to recommend necessary security controls to effectively mitigate risks
  • Own and manage the technology and processes for on-boarding 3rd party vendors
  • Own and manage any 3rd Party Risk Assessment tooling

Requirements of a Third Party Risk Management Consultant (Cyber Security):

  • Strong experience in Third Party Risk Management – full lifecycle
  • Previous experience supporting or leading on the implementation of a TPRM process/function
  • Strong background and working knowledge of cyber security functions
  • Experience within a consultative role is beneficial
