Role Overview

We’re hiring Regional Sales Managers to support our expansion across the Northern UK ethnic channel. Reporting into the Head of Sales – Ethnic (North), this role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering volume, revenue, and distribution targets within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales within assigned ethnic retail and wholesale accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and distributors.
  • Execute sales plans and ensure in-store visibility and availability of products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity across your territory.
  • Provide regular updates on performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.
  • Support trade marketing initiatives and promotional activity.
  • Ensure effective in-store execution and high standards of product representation.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including logistics and customer service.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a field sales role within the FMCG or ethnic food sector.
  • Solid knowledge of the Northern ethnic trade landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
