Role Overview
We’re hiring Regional Sales Managers to support our expansion across the Northern UK ethinic channel. Reporting into the Head of Sales – Ethnic (North), this role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering volume, revenue, and distribution targets within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within assigned ethnic retail and wholesale accounts.
- Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and distributors.
- Execute sales plans and ensure in‑store visibility and availability of products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity across your territory.
- Provide regular updates on performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.
- Support trade marketing initiatives and promotional activity.
- Ensure effective in‑store execution and high standards of product representation.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including logistics and customer service.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a field sales role within the FMCG or ethnic food sector.
- Solid knowledge of the Northern ethnic trade landscape.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
