Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Line Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have FFS (Form, Fill, Seal) Packing experience, a strong ability to work under pressure, and excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Operations & Maintenance
- Operate and maintain FFS packing machinery, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular equipment checks, troubleshoot issues, and carry out preventive maintenance.
- Ensure all production processes meet operational and safety standards.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement best practices.
- Anticipate potential issues and take proactive steps to prevent disruptions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance production workflows.
- People Management & Collaboration
- Support and mentor team members, fostering a strong team culture.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Influence and build strong relationships with colleagues across departments.
- Systems & Compliance
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Utilise SAP and other operational systems efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
