Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales – Ethnic (North) to lead our ethnic channel sales across Northern UK. This is a key leadership role, responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, driving growth, and leading a high-performing team of regional sales managers. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the regional commercial strategy, increasing market penetration, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a robust sales strategy for the ethnic channel in the North.
  • Lead and support a team of Regional Sales Managers, ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Build and manage senior relationships with key retail and wholesale partners.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure commercial alignment.
  • Stay abreast of competitor activity and market trends to inform decision-making.
