LT Foods UK Ltd – Assessment Day to be held on Tuesday 30th September.
Location: Opportunities in multiple locations (West Midlands, East Midlands, Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, Greater London with travel to customers as required).

Job Purpose
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join LT Foods on a temporary basis. The role will focus on driving product sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the growth of our FMCG brands in the UK market. This position offers commission on sales achieved and a potential opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and executing sampling events at customers as required.
- Promote and sell LT Foods products to new and existing customers.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and objectives with a focus on revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with retail, wholesale, and independent customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Deliver product knowledge and support promotional campaigns in-store or at events.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report performance to the Sales Director.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Skills & Experience
- Drive, ambition and hunger for success.
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within FMCG or food industry (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn about LT Foods products and the FMCG market.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred for travel to customer sites).
Competitive hourly/daily rate with commission on sales achieved (2.5% of revenue with minimum order value of £2000). Valuable experience in FMCG sales and brand building. Potential opportunity to move into a permanent role based on performance, which may include a fully expensed company car, increased salary and a bonus scheme. Training and support provided to succeed in the role.
