We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales – Ethnic (North) to lead our ethnic channel sales across Northern UK. This is a key leadership role, responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, driving growth, and leading a high-performing team of regional sales managers. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the regional commercial strategy, increasing market penetration, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Develop and deliver a robust sales strategy for the ethnic channel in the North.
- Lead and support a team of Regional Sales Managers, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Build and manage senior relationships with key retail and wholesale partners.
- Identify market opportunities and develop initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales.
