We’re hiring Regional Sales Managers to support our expansion across the Northern UK ethnic channel. Reporting into the Head of Sales – Ethnic (North), this role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering volume, revenue, and distribution targets within the region. Manage and grow sales within assigned ethnic retail and wholesale accounts. – Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and distributors. – Execute sales plans and ensure in-store visibility and availability of products. – Provide regular updates on performance, stock levels, and customer feedback. – Ensure effective in-store execution and high standards of product representation. – Experience in a field sales role within the FMCG or ethnic food sector. – Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
