A new opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a well-renowned sustainable recycling and total waste management business. About the company: An established multi-million turnover business. They specialise in: * Waste solutions, sustainability, recycling, Duties & Responsibilities: * The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing business, with a focus on winning and developing strategic accounts and relationships. * Effectively building and managing a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities. * Fully managing own diary, meetings and sales activity with full autonomy. * Owning the full sales cycle, from lead gen, proposal, close, and account management. * Managing internal and external relationships, including Suppliers. * Ensuring retention and growth of existing business. Experience & Skills needed: * Proven business development experience, ideally within waste management or similar. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * A proactive sales approach. * Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills. * Able to work from full autonomy, and manage own diary.
