A new opportunity has arisen for a motivated Sales Team Leader to join a successful and world renowned marketing agency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for business development activities across client accounts via outbound prospecting and managing team members to help them reach their targets.
  • Day to day contact for client accounts, leading activation of the account strategy.
  • Identifying commercial opportunities, generating leads and building a sales pipeline for global clients.
  • Selling via LinkedIn, outbound calls and emails, and attending client events at high profile venues.
  • Utilising LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems to produce target lists and pipelines.
  • Attending client meetings and events.
  • Working closely with the wider team to build and nurture new leads and clients.

Experience & Skills needed:

  • Proven business development experience, with face to face experience.
  • Experience managing team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, natural sales approach.
  • Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
  • Degree educated.
