Post Doctoral Research Associate in Wolbachia Biology

Join us in vector biology research! We are looking for a dedicated researcher to work on a BBSRC-funded project exploring Wolbachia interactions with Anopheles mosquitoes. Based within the Mosquito Symbiosis and Infection (MosSI) group at LSTM, you will work at the forefront of vector biology research alongside departments of Vector Biology and Tropical Disease Biology.
You will collaborate with researchers from the University of Warwick and Michigan State University to study host genetics effects on Wolbachia phenotypes, microbiota-Wolbachia interactions, factors affecting microinjection success, and temperature influences on Wolbachia-host interactions.
