LSP Canada is hiring a full-time Bookkeeper for our London office to support Canadian bookkeeping services and tax preparation. This role requires hands-on experience maintaining financial records for Canadian individuals and businesses in compliance with CRA standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for Canadian clients
  • Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers
  • Support HST/GST filings and CRA documentation
  • Prepare bookkeeping records to support Canadian tax returns (T1/T2)
  • Communicate with Canadian clients to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized and secure financial records

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven bookkeeping experience in a Canadian accounting environment
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (Canada)
  • Knowledge of Canadian bookkeeping and tax requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

Additional Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • On-site availability in London, Ontario

Mandatory Requirements / Eligibility

  • Experience working with Canadian clients and CRA regulations
  • Familiarity with Canadian tax forms and accounting practices
