LSP Canada is seeking a full‑time Office Manager – Tax & Accounting for our London, Ontario office. This role is critical to managing day‑to‑day office operations while supporting Canadian tax and accounting workflows, particularly during peak tax season. The position requires hands‑on experience with Canadian tax processes, CRA compliance, and client‑facing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and workflow in a Canadian tax and accounting environment
  • Coordinate staff schedules, workload distribution, and deadlines during Canadian tax season (February–April)
  • Manage client onboarding, CRA documentation intake, and secure file maintenance
  • Support bookkeeping, accounting records, and preparation of Canadian tax filings (T1, T2, HST/GST)
  • Monitor tax filing timelines and ensure compliance with CRA requirements
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Canadian clients regarding documentation and scheduling
  • Manage billing, invoicing, collections, and office expenses
  • Maintain internal controls, procedures, and CRA‑aligned compliance checklists
  • Support senior accountants with operational and client deliverables

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in a Canadian accounting or tax office
  • Strong understanding of CRA filings, Canadian tax workflows, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with Canadian accounting and tax software (QuickBooks Online Canada, Profile, Taxprep, ProFile, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and people‑management skills
  • Ability to work on‑site in London, Ontario and manage deadlines during tax season
