Overview

You’ll handle daily challenges, troubleshoot issues, and optimize brand performance on Amazon to enhance customer experience and boost conversion. Please note, this is not an Advertising/PPC role.

Job Type

Full-time 40 hours per week commitment is required, although the role is not strictly 9-5. You have flexibility over when and how you deliver your work.

Location

Your home office will be your primary working location, and we will support you with equipment and office furniture if required. We have office locations in London and Lincoln in the UK and Munich and Berlin in Germany if office-based working is preferred or a mix of the two.

Compensation

The salary for this role is 40,000 GBP or 45,000 EUR per annum, depending on your location.

Who you are

We’re seeking motivated individuals ready to take the next step in their careers. Ideal candidates are passionate about eCommerce and excited to work with diverse, dynamic brands. Prior experience with Amazon is required, with Vendor or Seller Central but preferably both. Preferred candidates have strong multi-client account management experience, ideally in an agency or retail/consumer goods environment. Knowledge of logistics, catalog operations, or accounts receivable processes is a plus, as is a background in eCommerce. Key traits include the ability to dive deep into account details, proactively resolve customer challenges using various resources, and communicate best practices effectively. You should be organized, self-sufficient, and able to deliver solutions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with operations, finance, and marketing teams at our client brands.
  • Monitor key eCommerce account KPIs, resolving and preventing recurring issues.
  • Oversee execution of catalog, operations, and financial processes across customer accounts, coordinating with external stakeholders and internal teams as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on eCommerce best practices.

What we offer

You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary and help influence the direction of our expanding business through helping our clients win on Amazon. You will also have the opportunity to work with a number of major brands across a variety of different sectors and expand your category knowledge. LSM Global offers a flexible working environment with flexi-time hours and regular company social events. We are also a largely remote working team which means you would be expected to primarily work from home for this role.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience managing Amazon Product Catalogues, Operational Processes and Account Health management.
  • Familiarity with FinOps (Chargebacks, Shortages & Price Claims) and Compliance (Product and Shipment) processes.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English – other languages would be an advantage, especially German.
  • Confidence in dealing directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple brands/clients is preferred.
