Fantastic career opportunity at our Reeds Rains Branch in Chester. We are looking to recruit a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Responsibilities
- Register customers and carry out property matches for lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Industry experience essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to personal vehicle.
- Role predominantly office based.

- On Target Earning (OTE) pay circa £26,000 per annum, first 6 months guaranteed commission pay.
