We complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors from Land’s End to John O’Groats and Northern Ireland. This gives us the flexibility to offer nationwide coverage combined with invaluable local knowledge.
We are now recruiting for Technical Surveying Managers. The role would suit an experienced AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS surveyor looking for a new opportunity. The successful individual will interact with lenders, operations, the wider risk, and audit team and provide technical guidance to our external clients. This is a 6 month FTC. Occasional national travel may be required with presence in the Kettering Office to suit business needs.
Main Accountabilities:
- Maintain and enhance e.surv’s outward facing contact for lenders.
- Attend lender meetings.
- Deliver regular presentations at lender and regional conferences.
- Support lender clients with technical guidance and their individual policy requirements.
- Monitor and react to industry news/policy changes.
- Contribute to articles and analysis of industry press on a range of issues affecting the sector including detailed analysis on key aspects of the housing market.
- Create and issue regular guidance to external clients.
- Support Strategic Relationship Managers as requested.
- Support testing of new workflows, mapping, and new technologies.
- Answer technical queries within SLA agreement.
- Support Learning and Development in creating learning material for lender compliance.
- Have an understanding of Audit.
