Mortgage Administrator - Full or Part Time
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join a busy, long established partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation whom are based in offices in Portadown BT62.
Our highly valued partner firm are a successful, customer focused Mortgage & Protection advisory business that are looking to grow their business with the addition of a Mortgage Administrator / Office Administrator.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers / lenders.
We are ideally looking for experience within a Mortgage Broking business but would consider individuals with very strong Office Management / Admin skills but not necessarily in Mortgages.
Salary package of £28,000 - £32,000 DOE and negotiable FTE
The role is either Full Time or amended hours meaning later starts and earlier finishes should the candidate need this flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
- Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails
- Submission of mortgage & protection applications
Skills & Experience Required:
- administration experience ideally in Mortgages
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service
