What You’ll Be Doing
- Registering customers and matching them with suitable properties
- Generating and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, and tenants and landlords, to achieve mutual satisfaction
- Maximising branch income by cross-selling other services such as mortgages, conveyancing and insurance
- Managing administrative tasks such as preparing documents, booking appointments and maintaining customer records
- Delivering an exceptional service to our customers by providing them with regular updates on their transactions
What You’ll Need
- High energy, persistence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Skills in closing deals and objection-handling
- Communication, active listening and rapport-building expertise – to understand customer needs, and to work as part of a team
