Are you an experienced Estate Agent with a passion for winning instructions, building relationships and delivering results?
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Valuation Manager / Senior Valuation Manager to join our successful Your Move Lincoln City Centre team.
Your Move Lincoln is part of National Home Move who are a network of 64 Your Move and Reeds Rains franchise branches across England. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced valuer who wants to take the next step in their career, or an established Senior Valuation Manager looking for a new challenge within a well-known and highly regarded brand. Equally, if you are a current Negotiator, we are very keen to speak to dynamic candidates already within the industry hungry, and energetic for the next step in your property career.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within residential estate agency, ideally with a strong valuation background.
- Confident, personable and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Commercially minded and motivated by winning new business.
- Target-driven and hungry to achieve results.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting people.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage their own diary and workload.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with personality, energy and the desire to succeed.
