Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Hinckley as we are looking to recruit a Trainee

Negotiator to join our estate agency branch.

This branch is part of

National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will

  • Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales properties.
  • Generate and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers between all parties.
  • Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
  • Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is ideal, however as full training will be provided we will consider suitable transferrable skills in Customer Service and Sales.

In return we offer

  • On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £26,000 per annum
  • first few months guaranteed commission pay.
  • 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
  • Pension Scheme
  • Career Progression

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
