Fabulous opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Hemel Hempstead as we are looking to recruit an Assistant Branch Manager/Valuer on a full-time permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move, which is a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As an Assistant Branch Manager/Valuer working at Your Move, we are proud to offer:

In the role of an Assistant Branch Manager/Valuer, you will be responsible for growing and developing the sales instructions within the branch by:

  • Generating and conducting Sale Valuation appointments.
  • Supporting the Branch Manager and assisting in the running of the branch and its team.
  • Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell.
  • Business prospecting and proactive activity.
  • Extensive local market knowledge and networking.
  • Maximising branch income with the cross-sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
  • Displaying excellent customer service at all times.

You will have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator looking for progression or a Valuer looking for a bigger challenge and the next step in your career, but will have experience in conducting sales valuations. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on the branch success story. A full UK driving license is essential.
