PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from fully qualified (CeMAP 123) Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The role benefits from complete flexibility and enhanced earnings that come with Self Employment within Mortgage Advisory.

We are happy to consider Financial Services / Property experienced, CeMAP 123 qualified individuals who are confident with Social media and Networking. You'll need your Social Media skills to self-generate your own business (no leads are provided in this role). Some advisors come on board part time whilst working other jobs until they transition to Mortgage Advisory full time, although we insist on a minimum of 60% of time to be committed to the Mortgage role.

  • Full customer ownership (unlike many firms offering similar roles)

  • Whatsapp groups with other Trainee and experienced Advisors within the business - sharing knowledge

There are no leads provided with this role. You must become CAS within a 6 month period (6 Mortgages and 6 Protection) with a £100 monthly fee. The role is self-employed - currently there is no employed alternative and there is no financial pipeline building support available. You will need to supply a business plan to show how you are going to self-generate your own business. You must be fully CeMAP qualified to be considered.
